Lotusborn is an Obrimos Adept of Prime, a Member of the Mysterium, a Councilor and the head of The cabal with No Name. He was born locally and is the brother of the Obrimos known as Eleven, but has spent the last 10 years away. He has claimed that his career amongst the sleepers is a "tulku", or reincarnate lama, but he seems to make his actual livelihood through the selling of Talismans and other magical tools.
"With all his worldly possessions in one small pack, the Fool travels he knows not where. So filled with visions and daydreams is he, that he doesn't see the cliff he is likely to fall over. At his heel, a small dog harries him or tries to warn him of a possible mis-step."
Harlequin is practically the archetypical Arcanthus - he's happy-go-lucky, footloose, and doesn't really seem to care about *anything* serious. However, he's obviously quite strong in the Fate Arcana, as he *always* seems to be intensely lucky. He also has a knack for persuading others to go along with his wacky whims and wild notions, which usually involve some kind of travel. He is the master (although he doesn't make much of this) of Zanni, who has been travelling with him for the past couple of year, and completely failing to pick up any of Harlequin's ability in the Fate Arcana.
