Trophonius was formerly known as Aerendraca while an apprentice under the Veil of Ascendant Stars, and took his new name after the death of his “Maester.” Having served as an apprentice for several years as the Maester’s eyes and ears among the general public, Trophonius has honed his skills as both a public relations man and examiner of other people’s closets.

Politics are not his central interest however, so long as issues are dealt with and actions are being taken. He’s free with his opinion only if asked, aware of the negative reputation that his path has, in his mind, been unfairly assigned. This might also be attributed to the fact that he has no Order, due to the Maester being his first teacher, who ascribed no Order himself – something Trophonius seems interested in correcting so his learnings can progress further.
