CLEO DEMAR (Acknowledged, Praised, Feared) Cleo is the youngest Childe of Sarge Winters. Embraced for her intelligence, activism and discipline, Cleo has been known to organize a few demonstrations for human rights causes and can often be spotted milling around the University of Saskatchewan as student, teacher's aide, or even as a professor. While one of the few Brujah not known for her strength, Cleo's ongoing pursuit of mastering the art of Aikido makes her a hard target to catch or shoot. Like all Brujah, Cleo is quite tolerant of the Anarch movement, though she has recently been appointed Sheriff. When she is not seen discussing various items of interest with other Kindred during Elysiums, Cleo is usually looking over papers or a book.
		RANCID (None) The childe of G-Money, Rancid is quite newly embraced but still doesn't take any BS from anyone. A hardcore punker, Rancid continues to play with a local band, though her bandmates don't realize that she's recently been turned into the Undead. Although she doesn't have much to do with her fellow Anarchs, they watch out for her whenever possible, and the old Gangrel Henri seems to have declared himself her personal protector. She is street-savvy and cautious by nature, however, so she does all right even without their help. Rancid is immediately recognizable by her multi-coloured hair, ratty street clothes, and bad-ass attitude
		GIDEON (None) A long-time Anarch, Gideon has spent some time in just about every city with an Anarch movement anywhere in the West. Known to be well-connected, Gideon plays the role of peace-maker between local Anarchs and the Camarilla in the cities he visits. Saskatoon has proven a bit more difficult than most to resolve, but Gideon perseveres, taking the mantle of Anarch Leader upon himself in order to salvage the remains of the local Movement. A thin man of average height, Gideon is easy to underestimate physically, allowing him to more easily manipulate his opponents socially with calm logic and a relatively level head.

		SGT. NATHAN WINTERS("THE SARGE") (???) The Primogen of clan Brujah. A large, dangerous-looking man, the Sarge is rarely seen without his flak jacket and various weapons. A World War II veteran, the Sarge was embraced in Edmonton by then-Anarch Daniel Harrington, but did not turn out quite as his Sire expected; unwilling to abandon his ideals and his sense of duty, Nathan came to Saskatoon to help the domain against the incursions of the Sabbat. He has been a devout member of the Camarilla ever since, serving as Sheriff of Saskatoon until very recently. Though Sarge's first Childe, Adam Grainger, turned to the Anarchs, Cleo Demar, Sarge's younger childe, is showing a bit more promise.
		ADAM GRAINGER("G-MONEY") (Dead) G-Money was an angry, angry man. His strong will and sense of personal freedom made it difficult for his Sire (the Sarge) to manage him as a childe, and eventually Adam joined the Anarchs, quickly rising to the head of the Movement in Saskatoon. He had a long-time vendetta against the Followers of Set, who he accused of destroying his first Childe, and against the former Keeper of Elysium, Major Holdt, which both led to numerous difficulties with Camarilla authority. However, Adam's real downfall began somewhat later than that, when he frenzied upon and diablerized his own good friend, Wendell Hicks of Clan Gangrel. His anger and paranoia worsened, and eventually his second Childe, Malcolm, was destroyed as well, for the diablerie of Major Holdt. G-Money's downward spiral continued out of control, until finally, accused of a Breach of the Masquerade by members of Clan Tremere, G-Money shot up an Elysium while attempting to escape the Sheriff, and was finally brought to bay and destroyed.
		DAVID CREED (Skipped Town) A brujah's brujah. Tall, mid-twenties, boyish with sandy hair, Dave usually wears an 80's leather jacket, anarch T-shirt, jeans and hiking boots. A straight-up and in-your-face kind of guy, he enjoys extreme sports, strong and varied drinks, criminal activities, wild parties and philisophical conversation. Has status for various reasons, but is a strong anarch sympathiser and hardcore individualist. Although he dislikes Camarilla politics, he is a staunch believer in "safety in numbers" and order in general, and so considers it better than the alternatives. He travels the west coast and praerie circut looking for parties and trouble to get into. Is rumored to have a dark, anarch past. He skipped town when he got into too much trouble here in Saskatoon.
		SIOBHAN O'DELL (Missing) An anarch from Calgary. Her thick accent marked her as an immigrant of Ireland. Rumored to have been involved with the IRA in life, and perhaps even with the London Bombings in the early 80's, before her embrace. She came to Canada some time after, and was Embraced by the infamous Diablerist, Eddie Voss in Calgary. She barely managed to survive the anarch purge in the mid-90's following Voss' diablerie. She has been in Saskatoon ever since that time, serving as a loyal second to G-Money. She disappeared in the summer of 2002, and the anarchs are still looking for her.
		MALCOLM "SUGAH" JONES (Dead) This outspoken Anarch childe of G-Money was well-known for his "gangsta" attitude. He was a pimp and a hoodlum both in life and in death, and well known for being a hothead. Was rarely unarmed, and often belligerent. He was the first true "muscle" of the local Anarch movement. However, his personal vendettas eventually went too far, and he was found responsible for the destruction of the Ventrue Keeper of Elysium, Major Ivan Holdt, in the spring of 2002. He was staked out for the sun by order of the Prince and the Primogen Council. The Anarchs still blame the Nosferatu for setting "Sugah" up.
		RAPHAEL (Missing) A mysterious Camarilla Brujah from Edmonton who wandered in, and then wandered back out again. A large balding man in glasses, he was usually seen wearing motorcycle leathers. Known for his idealistic compassion, and for having a weak stomach for typical Kindred cruelty. The Nosferatu of Edmonton have suggested that Raphael protected some sort of dark secret, but little more is known than that. He has not been seen in Saskatoon since the winter of 2001. Most of the local Kindred assume that he has returned to Edmonton, but no one has really looked into the matter.
