Saskatoon by Night DECEMBER 20, 1997

Greetings, one and all. First of all here is the list of How To Get In Touch With Your Storytelling Team, in case some of you are in the dark:

ANNIVERSARY!
This January marks the one year anniversary of the Consequences of the Painted Snake Chronicle of Saskatoon By Night LARP. Thanks to everyone for helping to make this game a great place to be! We have seen a lot of changes over the past year, and are happy to see the game continues to attract new players while still providing a venue for our regulars' creative talents. The end of this month also brings with it a close to the COTPS chronicle, as we will be starting a new one, affectionately named "The Janus Coin". This does *not* mean we will be 'rebooting' the game. We recognize that SBN is going in new directions, and a new chronicle reflects this.

FUTURE GAMES
If there is enough interest, we are planning on providing a second game night per month. These would be rather informal Gatherings, not necessarily Elysiums. Projected for the second Friday of every month (for those of you who have trouble with the Saturday games!), these meetings will provide both a secondary venue for gaming and an informal 'meet with your ST' night. Hopefully scheduled for the Campus Club rooms, there will be an OOC discussion area where you can corner your ST and solve all sorts of Influence, XP, and character creation problems, and air some general concerns. Everyone is welcome, and if there are IC scenes you would like to do or simply have coterie meetings, and/or a ST 'sanctioned' game event, this is your chance! As usual, the regular Elyium nights are scheduled for the penultimate Saturday of every month:

If any of you have suggestions or ideas for venues and/or themes for Elysiums, please feel free to contact your ST team! FYI, Regina's games are scheduled for the second and last Saturdays of the month (there will be no Regina game on the 27). For information on other games and game times, contact the following :

CALL FOR NEW CHARACTERS!
There is space available for new characters from the following clans : Brujah, Gangrel, and Malkavian. Any of you Ghoul players out there who are interested in playing a Kindred (and anyone else without a character), please submit a background proposal to one of the STs. Contact one of us for information regarding possible generation, and age *before* you write a 30 page treatise on the 900 year old Methuselah you've been dying to play... Also, anyone interested in playing something 'other' than the 7 main clans, we are accepting proposals. There is always room in the Werewolf game for more Garou as well, so keep that in mind in the New Year, too!

REMINDERS
Please remember to fill out and complete Ghoul Sheets and Haven Sheets (which should be available at the sign-in desk)! Anyone who wants their name added to the new Player Phone list, please PRINT CLEARLY on the sign in sheets - we need to know your name, your character's name, your clan, and your phone number. If you have email, please include your email address as well. Don't forget to pick up the sheet with the changes and expansions to Abilities (finally done!). Also, just another reminder that if we don't have your background and haven sheets, you can't use influence or XP...
