Kogaion of the Ordo Dracul, Salvatore is an enigma to the Kindred of Saskatoon. His age is unknown, as are his origins. He claims to have come here to investigate the many Kindred disappearances and deaths that have occurred in recent months, especially of his fellow Ordo Dracul. Salvatore speaks softly, with a strange accent, and behaves strangely as well, often disguising himself, or taking other names. He appears and disappears mysteriously, dresses in bizarre robes, and makes those around him uncomfortable with his staring gaze. No one knows where he comes from, or what he might truly be doing here, but his knowledge and experience with the mysteries of the Occult world are unparalleled in Saskatoon.
