The Council continues to rule Saskatoon, but may are questioning its ability to rule effectively. Alfonse Desan had been found guilty, by his own confession of the murder of Frankie Jablowski, but has fled the Council's justice and apparantly left Saskatoon. The number of missing Kindred in the city grows as a rash of arson appears to be aflicting Saskatoon. A number of high publicity murders cause some of the more paranoid Kindred to grow concerned for the Masquerade. And now rumours of the presence of Belial's Brood in the city are openly voiced... |
