The youngest Childe of Caleb, Devon is a very odd fellow. His
conspiracy theories were extravagant even in life, but now that he has been
brought into the ranks of the Malkavians, they defy any sort of logical
analysis whatsoever. Devon always appears in a black trench-coat and
glasses, and is invariably armed with some sort of explosives and a handgun.
He is forever looking over his shoulder for his enemies, who are legion, and
include such august individuals as members of Alien Races, the Men in Black,
Government Agencies, the Freemasons, the Rosacrucians, the Dark Ones, and a
host of other entities and conspiracies too confounding to recount.
