Rawab Nirdayi Vadhika Dosanjh (Nosferatu?)
A visitor from Vancouver, Rawab Vadhika apparantly runs some type of smuggling or transportation enterprise. He came to Saskatoon to offer his services to the local Kindred, in return for permission to carry on his operations in their city.

Jake (Bruja) (Dead)
Jake was the lone surviving member of a Bruja gang that was decimated on the way to Saskatoon. He was destroyed on Prince Catherine's command for his intention to embrace without her permission.
